Grant caugh these two hybrids and 3 white bass trolling on Labor Day at Palestine.
The larger one was 27 1/2 inches long, weight unknown.

That is so cool! He is going to be spoiled to catching big fish though.

He would rather chunk and wind than troll even if that means catching smaller fish. Jeff you would be proud because he loves to throw a chatterbait (the little one) He caught 2 largemoth on it the last time I took him to Palestine.

Cast it, reel it, set the hook on two largemouth bass by himself? That is awesome!

We have been finding small (10"-14") largemouth schooling late in the evening real shallow which is perfect because they are easy to catch and the trip doesn't take long. He still has a pretty short attention span then he wants to go boat riding.
