I will vote for Cedar Springs Park Boat Ramp, that just south of the 155 bridge, OR Johnson Creek Boat Ramp.

For future reference for me has anyone used the Oak Valley park? Is it a good ramp and parking lot? It's location looks good to me but I do not know anything about it.
